All packages include the following:

- Local Saes Tax, Gratuity & Secuirity are added to the total coast.
- Colored Napkins ($.50-$1.25 per napkin depending on napkin)
- Upscale Linen (Prices range from $10 - $40 per item. Please ask for a quote).
- Chivari Chairs (available for rental in black, wood, silver and gold 6.00 ea.)
- Soft Drinks Bar for Pearl Package $3.00 per person
- Cake Cutting/ Ice Cream (no charge)
- Police Officer (one officer per 150 guests; $150 per officer)
- Cash Bar Set Up Fee ($150), Bartender fee (100-150)
- Centerpiece Rental available for $5.00 per table
- A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your event. Minimum number of guests is 200 with an open bar package on Saturdays or holiday weekends and 100 on Fridays & Sundays; exceptions are made in December, January & February, excluding holiday weekends or blackout dates.
- Room Fees may vary depending of food and beverage consumption. Minimum number of guests varies depending on the availability of the rooms.
- The minimum menu price on a Saturday or Holiday weekend is $33 per person plus tax & gratuity
- Discounts for Friday and Sunday events are available. ($2.00 Off any open premium or top shelf bar package)
- No outside Catering Or No outside alcohol allowed to be brought in.
